This Entry Console Bombe Chest features an antique cherry finish along with a black marble top. Woven wicker inset panels are accentuated by engraved bamboo pilasters. The surface has a chestnut tinted multi-step hand finish. Including a faux aged elements and is purposely distressed. The pattern has an Island theme, similar to distinguished hall chests that were used in colonial homes within tropical climates. This is a modification of a Regency design. An antique brass finish adorns the metal hardware. Demi-lune (French for half round) shape compliments this piece. Each side panels functions as doors.
At the rear each door is a solitary shelf. This is constructed of a hardwood frame with MDF doors and drawers. Two antique brass finish metal hinges flatter each drawer with a faux key pull including decorative escutcheon. Continued below...
